ABOUT THE BOOK
We all see events and occurrences in our lives from different perspectives. That does not mean that our recollection of what happened is wrong or invalid. Why, even Gospel writers came up with differing reports of the same events which took place before their very eyes. Therefore, I believe that if we are seekers after truth, this may well mean that we have a piece of the jig-saw which reveals something of the mega picture of God’s workings to fulfil his purposes through history.
So, this story is my understanding of what the Holy Spirit was doing through my life and that of my darling wife, Christine, and the movements of which we were privileged to be a part. It is a far from complete account but I hope it will increase the understanding of how these movements changed the shape, direction and practice of the church at large.

The title reflects my overarching passion being purely church. It also reminds us of our great need to see the church in all it’s fulness as utterly pure and totally holy – the bride of Christ!
